We are situated between Derry and Buncrana, along Donegal’s Wild Atlantic Way, so the country house is easily accessible by car. In fact, we attract day-trip diners from as far away as Co Down and Co Monaghan – just for our famous Sunday lunches alone. Slow-braised beef in Guinness gravy tops the list of favourites! Afternoon Tea is a real favourite for Saturday catchups, and includes a gluten-free option.

Our Venue
The Red Door Country House is the perfect wedding venue in Donegal for intimate civil wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions. Celebrations of up to 140 guests are held in our beautifully appointed restaurant overlooking the Lough Swilly.
